Application & Thickness

  • Standalone system: 2 × 60 µm (up to 2 × 90 µm for severe environments).

  • Duplex system (with topcoat): 60 – 80 µm single coat.

• Maintenance: Can be overcoated directly; new Zinga reactivates the old layer.

• Stripe Coats: Recommended on edges, welds, bolts.

• Available Sizes: 1 kg, 2 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg, and aerosols.

• Shelf Life:

  • Bulk tins: Unlimited if unopened and stored cool/dry (shake every 3 years).

  • Aerosol: 5 years unopened.
