Shipping Questions:

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free courier transportation for all orders over Ksh 50,000 delivered within Kenya.  Shipping cost for orders under Ksh 50,000 will be charged at the prevailing G4S rates or for delivery through any other mode that the customer might choose.

What other shipping options do you offer within Kenya?

In addition customers can opt for and pay for other shipping services of their choice.  The cost for shipping will be calculated on the items ordered and delivery location and paid in advance together with the goods except for those customers who might hold an account with the courier companies.

Do you ship internationally?

We do offer regional shipping – East African Region.  Cost of shipping to be quoted on case by case basis.  Please note that international purchasers are required to pay any import duties, taxes, and fees that may be associated with the shipment, in addition to the cost of shipping.

Payment:

When do you collect payment for an order?
 
Payment for orders is expected before goods are dispatched to the desired destination, except for customers who are approved for credit.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept direct banking into our Account – details to be provided on request, RTGS for credit account customers,  M-Pesa – till number to be provided on request or cash for customers who choose to collect goods from our office.  We also accept cheques from approved customers.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase (or delivery date if an item is shipped) for a full refund as long as the item is in its original package and has not been tampered with.  Certain personal protective items including masks and gloves cannot be returned. All warranties and software where applicable must be unregistered to receive a full refund. A restocking fee may be applied if the return does not meet the above criteria.

Ordering 

What is your pre-order policy?

Sometimes items may not be available for immediate purchase due to a high demand/low supply situation or stock outs. In this case, we encourage our customers to contact us for sourcing through either email or telephone call.  We will at all times endeavor to provide our customers with the best pricing possible for all items that we offer on our online store.

A small deposit or prepayment is required if the item has to be sourced from overseas (except for credit customers, where an LPO will serve as commitment) 

Can I place an order for an item that is out of stock?

Yes, you can place an order for an out-of-stock item and it is considered a pre-order.  See above.

Can I come to your office to make a purchase?

Yes, in addition to our online shop, we have a sales office in Ngong Business Arcade, Ngong Town. Our hours are 8.00am-5.00 pm Monday-Friday and 8.30am-12.00pm Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. Call us on 0722 525063 to arrange a sales meeting or demonstration.

Do you only sell online?

In addition to ordering off our online store or calling us you can visit our office in Suite 306, 3rd Floor, Ngong Business Arcade, Opposite Milele Mall.

Do you sell used equipment?

No, we carry an extensive range of high quality NEW equipment from different manufacturers and on behalf of various partners locally.  If you are looking for something specific, feel free to talk to us.
