Our headquarters is in Ngong, Kenya, and we deliver to all towns across Kenya including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, Thika, Nyeri, Malindi, and more. We also serve customers in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Somalia, Sudan, and the DRC Congo.

5. Do you offer bulk purchases and wholesale pricing?

Yes, we provide special pricing and discounts for bulk purchases. Whether you are a contractor, business, or retailer, contact us for competitive wholesale rates.

6. i) Do you offer online shopping and delivery?

Yes! You can shop online from our website and get fast and reliable delivery anywhere in Kenya and East Africa. We ensure secure payments and efficient order fulfillment.

ii) Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free courier transportation for all orders over Ksh 50,000 delivered within Nairobi, Kenya.  Shipping cost for orders under Ksh 50,000 will be charged at the prevailing courier rates or may be delivered through any other mode that the customer might choose. The customer can also opt to collect from our location in Ngong Town.

iii) What other shipping options do you offer within Kenya?

In addition customers can opt for and pay for other shipping services of their choice.  The cost for shipping will be calculated on the items ordered and delivery location and paid in advance together with the goods except for those customers who might hold an account with the courier companies.

iv) Do you ship internationally?

We do arrange regional shipping – East African Region.  Cost of shipping to be quoted on case-by-case basis.  Please note that international purchasers are required to pay any import duties, taxes, and fees that may be associated with the shipment, in addition to the cost of goods and shipping.

7. i) When do you collect payment for an order?
 
Payment for orders is expected before goods are dispatched to the desired destination, except for customers who are approved for credit.

ii) What payment types do you accept?

We accept direct banking into our Account – details to be provided on request, RTGS for credit account customers,  M-Pesa – till number to be provided on request or cash for customers who choose to collect goods from our office.  We also accept cheques from approved customers.

8. What is your return policy?

All return requests must be submitted by email to info@boldlimited.co.ke within seven (7) days of purchase or, for shipped items, within seven (7) days of delivery. The email must include the order number and a clear explanation of the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization.

Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging and must not have been used, damaged, or tampered with. Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

Products that have been specially ordered or manufactured to customer-provided specifications may not be eligible for return.

For products that include software or warranties, eligibility for return requires that the software has not been registered and warranty registration has not been completed.

Please note that, due to health and safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE)—including but not limited to masks and gloves—is strictly non-returnable.

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not comply with the above terms.

9. What is your pre-order policy?

Sometimes items may not be available for immediate purchase due to a high demand/low supply situation or stock outs. In this case, we encourage our customers to contact us for sourcing through either email or telephone call / WhatsApp.  We will at all times endeavor to provide our customers with the best pricing possible for all items that we offer on our online store.

A small deposit or prepayment is required if the item has to be sourced from overseas (except for credit customers, where an LPO will serve as commitment). 

10. Can I place an order for an item that is out of stock?

Yes, you can place an order for an out-of-stock item and it is considered a pre-order.  See above.

11. Can I come to your office to make a purchase?

Yes, in addition to our online shop, we have a physical location in Suite 3G, 3rd Floor Ngong Business Arcade, Ngong Town. Our hours are 8.30 am-5.00 pm Monday - Friday and 9.00am - 12.00pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday and public holidays. 12. Do you only sell online?

In addition to ordering off our online store or on WhatsApp, you can visit our shop in Ngong Town.

No, we carry an extensive range of high-quality NEW equipment from different manufacturers and on behalf of various partners locally.  If you are looking for something specific, feel free to talk to us, we will be happy to offer our assistance.
