Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of purchase or delivery (whichever applies). All returns must be authorized in advance. To request a return, please email info@boldlimited.co.ke with your order details and a clear explanation of the reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
To qualify for return, items must:

Include a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items include:

Downloadable software

Personal care and health-related items (e.g., masks, gloves)
Custom orders and items supplied based on customer specifications may not be eligible for return.
Refunds (If Approved)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
If you have not received an update within 14 days of returning your item, please contact us at info@boldlimited.co.ke.
Please note: Sale items are not eligible for refund.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email info@boldlimited.co.ke. Approved exchanges should be sent to:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
