Where are you located?

Our head office is in Ngong Business Arcade, Ngong Town, Kenya. We deliver across Kenya including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, and Thika, and also serve Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda.

Do you offer bulk purchases and wholesale pricing?

Yes, we provide competitive rates and discounts for bulk orders. Contractors, institutions, and retailers can access special pricing.

Do you offer online shopping and delivery?

Yes, you can shop on our website and enjoy fast delivery across Kenya. Courier rates apply. Regional shipping across East Africa is also available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, RTGS, cheques (for approved customers), and cash payments at our office.

What is your return policy?

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and approved in writing. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Special orders and PPE such as gloves and masks are non-returnable.

What is your pre-order policy?

Customers can pre-order out-of-stock items. A deposit is required for items sourced overseas.

Can I visit your office for purchases?

Yes. In addition to online shopping, you can visit our shop at Ngong Business Arcade, Suite 3G, 3rd Floor, Ngong Town. Our hours are Mon–Fri 8:30 am–5:00 pm and Sat 9:00 am–12:00 pm.
