Heavy-Duty Battery Booster Cables

Jumper Cables are essential automotive emergency equipment designed to jump-start vehicles with dead or weak batteries. Featuring heavy-gauge copper wire and insulated clamps, these cables safely transfer power from a working battery to a discharged one, getting you back on the road quickly.

Key Features

  • Heavy-duty construction – Thick copper wire core for efficient power transfer
  • Color-coded clamps – Red (positive) and black (negative) for safe, error-free connections
  • Insulated handles – Protective coating prevents electrical shock during use
  • Strong spring clamps – Secure grip on battery terminals ensures reliable connection
  • Long cable length – Typically 3-5 meters for flexible positioning between vehicles
  • Durable insulation – Weather-resistant PVC coating withstands extreme temperatures
  • Tangle-free design – Easy to store and deploy in emergency situations

Technical Specifications

  • Wire Gauge: 6-10 AWG (typical)
  • Cable Length: 3-5 meters
  • Current Capacity: 200-600 Amps
  • Clamp Material: Copper-plated steel
  • Insulation: Heavy-duty PVC

Applications

Essential safety equipment for all vehicle owners. Keep jumper cables in your car, truck, SUV, or commercial vehicle for emergency battery jump-starts. Ideal for personal vehicles, fleet operations, roadside assistance, automotive workshops, and anyone who drives regularly.

Usage Instructions

  1. Position vehicles close enough for cables to reach both batteries (do not let vehicles touch)
  2. Turn off both vehicles and all electrical accessories
  3. Connect red clamp to positive (+) terminal of dead battery
  4. Connect other red clamp to positive (+) terminal of working battery
  5. Connect black clamp to negative (-) terminal of working battery
  6. Connect other black clamp to unpainted metal surface on dead vehicle (away from battery)
  7. Start working vehicle and let run for 2-3 minutes
  8. Attempt to start dead vehicle
  9. Remove cables in reverse order once started

Safety Guidelines

Always wear safety glasses when jump-starting. Ensure clamps do not touch each other during connection. Never jump-start a frozen, cracked, or leaking battery. Keep cables away from moving engine parts. Consult vehicle manual for specific jump-start procedures.
